Submitting this form sends Keaton an appointment request. Your appointment is not confirmed until Keaton replies. Service eligibility is determined during consultation and may require instructor approval. Services are performed by an esthetics student in the esthetics salon at Cape Fear Community College under instructor supervision.

Appointment requests must be submitted by someone 18 or older. If the client is under 18, a parent or guardian must submit the request and attend the appointment.

Please do not send medical information, medications, allergies, pregnancy details or photographs through this form. Anything relevant is discussed at your consultation.

Debit and credit cards are accepted.
Cancellations
The college asks: “Kindly give 24 hours notice of cancellations.”
Running late
The college states that arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten a service.
Arriving
The salon is on the second floor of the ND Building at CFCC North Campus. The salon does not publish a check-in point, so Keaton will tell you exactly where to meet when she replies.

Marked visitor parking is available on both sides of the McKeithan Center (NA Building). The college does not publish a walking route from that lot to the ND Building, so please allow extra time on your first visit.
